Olivier Award-winner Jack Lowden (Slow Horses, Dunkirk) and Emmy & BAFTA-winner Martin Freeman (The Responder, Sherlock) star in David Ireland’s darkly funny new play, The Fifth Step,  filmed live from London’s West End.

After years in AA, James becomes a sponsor to newcomer Luka, but when step five (the moment of confession) arrives, dangerous truths emerge that test the limits of friendship, honesty and recovery.
