A physio-led pilates session

I’m Jenny, a fully qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.

Pilates is a proven way to get fit, get mobile and get moving. The dynamic nature of my classes, helps improve your strength and conditioning allowing you to feel confident and strong in your body.

As a physio, I utilise my knowledge of anatomy and injury to ensure you make the most of Pilates, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, osteoporotic — or just looking to feel strong!

My postnatal class will help strengthen your body from the inside out. As a mum of two, I understand the importance of a strong foundation, helping not only with the day-to-day challenges of having a little one but focusing you to get back to the things you love. For me, this is running and surfing!

As a physio, I work with many clients with osteoporosis or bone health issues. To help strengthen our bones and bodies, we need to combine weight-bearing, strength and resistance work with balance and control. My class does just this!

10.30am – 11.15am: Bone Health

This 45 minute class combines standing strength and balance work, with Pilates mat exercises, emphasising spinal health. Promoting bone health and body control.  Suitable for all levels including those with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.

11.30am – 12.30pm: Post Natal Pilates

This 60 minute class helps you re-connect with your body and mind after giving birth. Focusing on pelvic floor health and core stability helping you feel strong and mobile. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum. Babies welcome 🙂
