Adage Barre Fitness

Our low-impact ballet inspired classes are highly adaptable and suitable for all levels, our classes use ballet barres and have the option of added resistance.

Wednesdays:

3:30-4:30pm- Barre tone (Studio 2)

Thursdays:

11:00-12:00- All level barre (Studio 1)

12:00-1pm- Pre/postnatal barre (Studio 1)

We ask that you take the class barefoot or wearing grippy socks for your own safety and bring a bottle of water to all of our classes. Grippy socks will be available to purchase at our classes for £3.50 per pair if you don’t have any and wish to wear some!

Any classes that do not fit into the usual timetable are seasonal workshops and individually priced, please contact us or check out our social media for more information.

 

 

Hi, I am a lifelong dancer and new mummy! My goal here with starting up Adage Barre fitness is to share ballet and the beautiful feelings that it brings with everyone at all stages of life through my ballet inspired fitness classes, you don’t need to have ever danced to take this class! My classes start with a warm up and then follow through to a variety of barre exercises focusing on building core strength, balance and mobility and can be made easier or harder depending on your individual needs. In addition to an all levels barre class, I am also running a harder ‘Barre tone’ class, seasonal workshops and pre/postnatal classes.
