Pilates for runners - Wednesdays and Fridays 9.05-9.35am in the Dance Hall

Wednesdays and Fridays 9.05am – 9.35am Pilates for runners. This is a half hour class for runners, designed to help strengthen key areas for performance and to help keep injuries away. After the class, join us for a social 5km run around St Agnes. There is also a couch to 5k group, please contact Anna for more details: anna@ajsportsphysiopilates.co.uk
