The MMI is now home to institute - a welcoming year-round neighbourhood café serving simple super tasty food, great coffee, and the needs of the village.
Long-time MMI collaborators, the team behind Beastro, Chapel Porth Nighthatch, Schooners and No. 4 Peterville, led by local legend chef Adam Vasey have now set up permanent residency in the MMI’s lovely front room and will be serving.
institute is an all day cafe space with solid sense of style and undeniably great food, open from 8.30-3.30, 7 days a week consistently.
With Vasey at the helm expect outstanding deli-style sandwiches with all meats smoked in house, big hearty healthy salads, great coffee, affordable breakfast, a strong drinks game (think homemade sodas).
