Danielle is a welcoming and inclusive yoga teacher. There is a class to suit you for every step of your yoga journey. From the more gentle practises of Gentle yoga, Slow flow and Yin to the more dynamic energising flows in the morning and evening. Or if you have mini yogis Mum and baby yoga or toddler yoga may be what you need! Morning Flow 9.30 – 10.30am Studio 2

A fun, lively dynamic yoga flow where we connect the breath with the Yoga asanas.  This is a more heating energising practice – who needs coffee when we have morning Vinyasa?!  This practice can promote wellbeing, increase strength, flexibility and explore range of motion

Gentle Yoga 10.45 – 11.45am Studio 2

Discover the benefits of Yoga: A beginners guide

Whether you’re a beginner or simply looking to brush up on your Yoga skills, this programme is perfect for you.  Explore the fundamental principles and techniques of Yoga including a set of warm-up exercises, postures, breath awareness and deep relaxation.  With proper guidance on safe alignment and breathing techniques you’ll experience the full benefits of Yoga from the very first class.

Evening Flow  6.00 – 7.00pm Studio 1

A fun, lively, dynamic Yoga flow where we connect the breath with the Yoga asanas.  This practice can promote wellbeing, increase strength, flexibility and explore range of motion.  Amazing coupled with Yin/Restorative after.

Twilight Yin / Restorative  7.15 – 8.15pm Studio 1

Includes longer held positions that allow for deep tissue release.  In the second half of the class you will experience restorative postures where props are used to enable the body to effortlessly melt into the poses including complete relaxation.

Thursdays

Slow Flow 7:15 – 8:15 Studio 2

A soothing, relaxing class that concentrates in stretching, relaxation techniques and hip opening to bring balance and calm to the body and mind. We will join the breath to the yoga poses with variations to suit what your body needs. This will be accompanied with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help decrease any stress and make you feel like you’re floating out of the door at the end!

Fridays

Toddler Yoga 9:30 – 10:15 Studio 1

Toddler yoga is a whole host of fun!  We learn the asanas through songs, games and challenges.  All you need to do is bring your toddler – all emotions are welcome here and all resources are provided apart from toddler snacks!

Danielle has 15 years experience of teaching in Primary Education, she has a natural love for the energy children bring, she has her own toddler who has enjoyed all the yoga practise!  You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly group which will physically and mentally extend your toddler whilst also providing models of how to relax and calm all through fun and interesting means.  Any questions feel free to contact me.

Mum and Baby Yoga 10:30 – 11:30 Studio 1

A time for you to meet a new mum crew whilst getting some much needed yoga in! The yoga poses are specifically designed to support your postnatal recovery including strengthening core and pelvic floor. This session included breathwork and relaxation techniques alongside connection time with baby. I am on hand to keep you flowing and am happy to help with little ones as much as needed.  Suitable for babies 6 weeks+ There is also a lovely café downstairs for some coffee and cake and chat after class! Free parking in the library car park for 90 mins. Come and enjoy a bit of yoga without needing to book a babysitter!
