Body Restoration Pilates
Experienced pilates instructors catering to three different abilities on Thursdays

HD Pilates Cornwall
We provide pilates sessions for people of all abilities and we include observation and tailored exercise programs with adaptations for most injuries and conditions including: bad backs, painful and limited movement of joints, pregnancy and postnatal, osteoporosis, scoliosis, hypermobility, arthritis and Parkinson’s.

Hickory Dickory Rock
Music and movement classes for babies - 4 year olds. Fun music for kids and grown ups, lots of instruments, plenty of props and a touch of sensory & signing.

Painting for Beginners
A weekly painting course designed for you to gain the confidence to fulfil your creative aspirations. A supportive, friendly and fun atmosphere learning to paint with either watercolour, acrylic or oil.

Our Probus Club provides regular social gatherings for PROfessional and BUSiness gentlemen in our Parishes who are nearing or in retirement, to meet others with similar interests.
