Stephanie has practiced yoga and meditation for nearly 10 years, with her journey deepening during a transformative stay at a Yoga Ashram in New Zealand. Upon returning to St Agnes, she completed her 300-hour Yoga Alliance Professionals teacher training in 2020. Balancing her career in fashion, Stephanie has taught Vinyasa classes in studios, one-on-one sessions on the beach, and even at special events like hen and birthday parties. After a break to enjoy motherhood, she is excited to return to teaching and share her passion for yoga with others.
