Rachel is an experienced Pilates teacher who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With several years of teaching experience under her belt, she has had the pleasure of guiding numerous clients on their Pilates journey.  Through her extensive training and commitment to ongoing education, she has developed a deep understanding of the human body and its movement patterns.

She specialises in tailoring her Pilates classes to meet the needs and abilities of each individual.  Whether you’re a beginner, recovering from an injury, or looking to enhance your athletic performance, she has the knowledge and expertise to support you in reaching your full potential.

Her teaching style is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel empowered and motivated. Her goal is to not only help you improve your physical strength, flexibility and posture, but also to foster mindfulness and a sense of overall well-being.

When you join her Pilates classes, you can expect a personalised approach that focuses on proper alignment, core stability and breath control. She believes in fostering a sense of community within her classes and she’s always there to provide guidance, encouragement, and modifications as needed.

Class Schedule

Thursdays 10am-11am – Studio 2 – Gentle Pilates – whether you’re a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or someone seeking a low-impact workout this gentle Pilates class is tailored to meet your needs.  In this class you will embark on a journey of gentle movements focusing on controlled and precise exercises that promote flexibility, strength & overall well-being.   You will be guided through a series of gentle Pilates exercises that prioritise proper alignment, breath control & body awareness.  This class provides a nurturing environment where you can listen to your body and move at your own pace.  You will experience a holistic workout that supports both your physical and mental well-being

Thursdays 11.30am-12.15pm – Studio 2 – Stretch Class – A chair based stretch and mobility class focussing on a gentle flow of stretching and core balance exercises using the Pilates principles

Thursdays 5-5.50pm – Studio 2 – HIP Pilates (High Intensity Power Pilates) – A more dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.  Combining abdominal strength, balance and co-ordination with an energetic cardiovascular element HIP Pilates is the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout

Thursdays 6-7pm – Studio 2 – Improvers Pilates – A wonderful way to take your Pilates practice to the next level.  This class is designed for individuals who have some experience of Pilates.  You can expect to engage in a series of exercises that focus on building core strength, improving posture & flexibility.  The importance of proper alignment and breathing techniques will be emphasised during this class which can help you develop a deeper connection between your mind & body.  The flowing movements and emphasis on controlled breathing can help calm the mind & reduce tension.  This class can be a great way to relieve stress and promote relaxation
