Rachel is Level 3 Matwork Pilates qualified.
Pilates is a low impact, controlled form of exercise that will improve your posture and wellbeing with regular practice. Pilates is focused on the principles of control, precision, concentration, centre, breath and flow.
In class we will strengthen, mobilise, release and lengthen your body. Classes are a great way to relieve stress and promote relation.
Advanced booking is essential.

Gentle Pilates - Thursdays 10am-11am - Studio 2
A gentle Pilates class focussing on posture, breath and mind / body connection in a nurturing environment where you can listen to your own body and move at your own pace.
Improvers Pilates - Tuesdays 6-7pm - Studio 2
This class is for those with some experience of Pilates who would like to progress their Pilates practice.
A flowing class in a nurturing environment focussing on breath, increasing strength and improving posture.
