Rachel is passionate about Pilates and the benefits for both our body and our mind.

Rachel is Level 3 Matwork Pilates qualified.

Pilates is a low impact, controlled form of exercise that will improve your posture and wellbeing with regular practice.  Pilates is focused on the principles of control, precision, concentration, centre, breath and flow.

In class we will strengthen, mobilise, release and lengthen your body. Classes are a great way to relieve stress and promote relation.

Advanced booking is essential.

Gentle Pilates - Thursdays 10am-11am - Studio 2

Perfect for newcomers or those looking for a gentle movement class.

Improvers Pilates - Thursdays 6-7pm - Studio 2

This class is for those who have some experience of Pilates and is a wonderful way to take your Pilates practice to the next level.
