Yin Yoga, 10am-11:15am every Friday throughout term time. Advance booking essential.
A slow, yet powerful, floor based practice.
A slow, meditative practice that works on the connective tissues of the body, helping to release tension, improve mobility and promote healing. In this practice, poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, using props such as blocks and blankets to support us. Often thought of as an evening practice (it certainly can help with sleep), yin yoga is a perfect morning practice too, helping to melt away the stiffness in the joints and any fuzziness in the mind, setting us up for the day ahead. All abilities welcome.
