Kath Cooper Yoga

Kath is a warm and welcoming teacher, passionate about making yoga accessible for all. Teaching in a range of settings within mid-Cornwall, Kath currently offers Chair Yoga at the MMI.

Chair Yoga - a joyful, gentle class to build strength and mobility - this is a seated class, with the invitation to join in with some standing poses, using the chair for support.

Each session includes gentle stretches, breathing exercises and mindfulness practice. Discover how a regular chair yoga practice can help to:

- Build strength, mobility and stamina

- Improve balance

- Increase concentration

- Build confidence

- Reduce stress

- Create a sense of connection and community

This class is for all abilities, whether you are new to yoga or if you are a seasoned yogi looking for a gentler practice.
