Cornish Language Classes

Cornish language for beginners - Tuesday 24th September 6pm-7pm

Come along to this weekly Cornish language beginners' class and start speaking and singing in our Celtic language!

No prior knowledge is required - just a willingness to have a go.

Mark Trevethan will be teaching the course and we will be using Bora Brav as the course book. The class will start on Tues 24 September and run each week to early summer if you're keen.

Cornish language - year 2 - Tuesday 24th September 7pm-8pm

This weekly course is for those who have done either Grade 1 Kesva exams or around a year's worth of study. For those who want to, we will be working to Grade 2 exams in June 2025, but no need to do exams - the emphasis will be on talking in Kernewek, some singing and having fun. Mark Trevethan will be the course leader and the main aim is to get you to conversational Cornish. Deus a-ji!
