Shelley at Empower Pilates runs 2 classes on a Thursday evening, teaching Pilates to people of all ages and abilities

If you would like to heal through movement or  improver strength and posture, then give Pilates a go. Pilates is proven to improve your overall health and fitness and rehabilitate your body.

Shelley at Empower Pilates runs 3 classes on a Thursday evening, teaching Pilates to people of all ages and abilities.

6.00pm – Gentle Pilates, perfect for people looking to heal through gentle movement

7.10pm – Intermediate to Advanced Pilates. A fast-paced class, we work through a lot of the original classical exercises
