We provide pilates sessions for people of all abilities and we include observation and tailored exercise programs with adaptations for most injuries and conditions including: bad backs, painful and limited movement of joints, pregnancy and postnatal, osteoporosis, scoliosis, hypermobility, arthritis and Parkinson’s.

HD Pilates Cornwall run small classes in St Agnes MMI’s Studio 1. Classes focus on correct recruitment of muscles within tailored exercise programmes to improve alignment, aid flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve health and wellbeing. Classes are provided for beginners to advanced levels, as well as mobility classes for those who struggle to get down to the floor. We provide thorough observation and tailored exercise programs with adaptations for most injuries and conditions including: bad backs, painful and limited movement of joints, pregnancy and postnatal, osteoporosis, scoliosis, hypermobility, arthritis and Parkinson’s.
