
Mind Body Sing – Thursday Night Reset
A gentle class designed to help you let go of your week and ease into your weekend, a class to reset. I love to weave my two worlds of music and yoga into my classes, so each class has a soft, slow vinyasa flow, giving you space to focus on breath, personal alignment and create your own moving meditation, followed by a Yin stillness practice to help let go and reset. These creative classes also include breathing practices, meditation, and I’ll sprinkle in some poetry, stories and songs!
In case you’re curious, here’s a little bit about me…..My love of yoga and meditation started in my 20’s when, as a professional opera singer yoga was a vital part of my life as a performer. This love sparked a desire to learn more, qualifying with 300hrs of level 1 teacher training in Vinyasa flow, 50 hrs of level 2 Teacher training, alongside 50hrs of further training in Yin Yoga. I am also a qualified mindfulness teacher with 'Mindfulness Now' and teach singing from my home studio in St Agnes and at Falmouth University.
