Venus & Rose Gong and Voice Soundbath
Come and immerse in the healing sound waves of four fantastic majestic Gongs, accompanied by other instruments, ranging from drums, voice, bells, and rattles to ease you into a relaxing healing space! The sound waves will take you on a deep journey through vibrations and melodic rhythms!
As it’s the month of Valentines this session will be lead by Venus Gong and Rose, Rose is ruled by the Planet Venus so the combination of energies and vibrations are magical. You will all receive a Rose and a Rose quarts on arrival to accompany you through your session with a warm shot of lotus and rose tea to ease you into a relaxed dreamy space.
A small mat and pillow blanket is provided, please bring what ever else to make a nest to snuggle down in relax and enjoy your session .
The sound bath itself will last for 1hr. A grounding Rose, Beetroot, Almond latte and Vegan snacks will be served at the end of the journey to ground and bring you gently back into the space! This is a lovely time to chat and relax before heading home! There is no rush to exit but by all means if you want to leave straight after, please feel free!
Sound Baths are not advised for pacemakers, epilepsy or any kind of seizures, the first and last 3 months of pregnancy, any sound sensitive conditions, recently broken bones.
