With 3 classes a week at the MMI there's no reason to to come and fly.
On Monday morning we start the week with a true hybrid class: 30 mins of strength based work followed by 30 mins of the slow stretchy good stuff.
Wednesdays are all about the cosy midweek wind down. Lit just by fairy lights you'll relax and unwind in this soft and oozy class.
And on Fridays beast mode is activated!! The most popular class of the week - you've got to book ahead very early for this one! 45 minutes of strength work, followed by 15 mins of cool down stretching. This class is an absolute blast, you'll laugh, you might weep a bit, you'll discover muscles you never knew you had - and the soundtrack? The most epic power ballads of the 80's and 90's.
