Access Bars
Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on practice involving 32 points on the head. When lightly touched, these points help to quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation, creating a sense of ease and mental spaciousness. Many people describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more rested after a session.
During an Access Bars® session, you remain fully clothed and simply lie down and relax. As brainwaves slow, different areas of the brain are able to communicate more effectively, supporting a more integrated state of being.
“The worst thing that can happen during a Bars session is you have a very relaxing head massage. And the best? Your life changes.”
— Gary Douglas, founder of Access Consciousness
This event is a collaboration between Allasonne Lewis (MBACP) and Erika Ruszinyak (IICT), both of whom are certified Access Bars® practitioners. Further information about the science and research behind Access Bars® is available via Access Consciousness.
The event takes place in Studio 2. Tickets can be purchased individually or as a pair per time slot, making it a lovely experience to share with a partner, friend, or family member. All ages are welcome.
